Rick Fredericks

With over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, Rick brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to Monarch.  He’s worked with large, National Carriers as well as Regional and Florida based companies.  Rick has much experience in Product Management, Portfolio Management, Underwriting, and Marketing, and enjoys helping companies grow and prosper wherever he’s been.

Rick earned his bachelor’s degree from Northern Arizona University.  He’s been married for 40 years and has 3 daughters and 2 grandchildren. Rick enjoys sports and spending time with friends and family.
