With 20 years of experience in inbound, outbound, and blended call center environments, Sandra brings a wealth of expertise and enthusiasm to our call center. Before joining us, she supplied her expertise to an MGA, Preferred Managing Agency. Although she brings extensive insurance and customer service knowledge, her real passion lies in mentoring and coaching her team for success with a strong philosophy of service excellence.
Sandra is the proud mother of two kids and is happily married to her husband of 24 years! She enjoys spending time with her family and friends in her free time.
