Rebecca leads Monarch’s sales strategies with a focus on building strong partnerships with agency partners and delivering insurance solutions that position our agency partners and insureds for success. Rebecca brings over 20 years of experience in business development, sales, and marketing in the insurance and finance industry. Her broad expertise and commitment to excellence make her a valuable asset to our organization.
Before joining us, Rebecca represented a large Florida regional insurance carrier, where she spearheaded many marketing and cross-departmental projects. She also previously provided her talents as a Business Development Manager and a Territory Sales and Marketing Manager. Her diverse skill set and vast industry knowledge are critical to excelling in her current role.
Rebecca is passionate about insurance education and has been a part of Project Invest for over 15 years, teaching high school students about insurance basics. She also commits to sharing her vast industry knowledge with her employees and peers. Her broad knowledge of sales and operations coupled with her enthusiasm for insurance makes her a valuable resource to the Monarch team.
She earned her BS in Finance from The University of Central Florida, holds an AAI designation from The Institutes, and is pursuing her CPCU. In her spare time, she serves her community on various boards and is a proud mom of twin boys.
