Justin H. Edenfield, CPA

Mr. Edenfield has over 17 years of experience in the accounting field and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida.  Mr. Edenfield spent the first 12 years of his career in public accounting.  During his time in public accounting, Mr. Edenfield focused on representing property and casualty insurance carries and their affiliated entities on matters including federal and state income tax compliance, statutory and GAAP basis financial reporting, mergers and acquisitions, premium tax strategic planning, and multi-state strategic planning. 

After leaving public accounting, he joined and led the finance department, as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, of a large multi-state Florida domestic property & casualty insurance carrier for six years. In addition, he continues to serve as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of a Florida domestic title insurance underwriter.  In his capacity in private industry, Mr. Edenfield directs the activities of the finance department to assure proper accounting of all financial transactions of the companies utilizing statutory accounting principles (SAP).  He also supervises the preparation, compilation and filing of all financial reports, statements, statistics, and other data that is required of the companies, by regulatory and taxing agencies and by the Office of Insurance Regulation.
