Jamey joins our Monarch family with 24 years in the insurance industry, and in all those years, he focused on claims. For most of his career, he worked for a top 5 Fortune 100 insurance carrier and later at a TPA for 8 years. At the TPA, Jamey created a Quality Assurance and claims training program that worked with 7 carriers across 11 states. Before joining Monarch, he was the Assistant Vice President of Continuous Improvement, responsible for claims compliance and audits.
Jamey’s background is in Business Management and Anthropology, having attended Sante Fe College and Saint Leo University.
